Hello! I’m Chris Shone, I’ve always believed that life becomes a whole lot easier when you’ve got the right person by your side - someone patient, practical, friendly, and ready to jump in when things get tricky. That’s where I come in.

Based near Halesworth, I mainly cover the area of East Suffolk but can often travel further if the need arises. I offer a unique blend of tech support, general help at home and companionship, designed to make your day smoother, your home happier, and your technology a little less dramatic. Whether you need a hand with tasks around the house, your computer is throwing a tantrum, or you’d simply like someone to chat with over a cup of tea, I’m here to help with warmth, reliability, and good humour.

My background is deeply rooted in helping people feel confident and supported, especially when it comes to technology - something that should make life easier, yet often does the opposite! I enjoy breaking things down, explaining them clearly, and leaving people feeling empowered rather than overwhelmed.

But my work isn’t just about fixing things. It’s about connection. I love being someone people can count on - a calm presence with a friendly smile who shows up, listens, and makes everyday life feel more manageable. From sorting out devices to assisting with errands to providing companionship for those who appreciate a friendly face, I approach every task with care and respect.
