'Help Me Sort It'  is an enhanced version of the tech support service I offer.  It offers tailored assistance to older adults, individuals with health challenges, or those facing difficulties navigating digital technology.

Using a computer, mobile device, smart TV or other tech device can be extremely difficult and daunting for some.  It can be especially difficult when something goes wrong.

The support I offer provides tailored assistance using one-on-one coaching.  I can help by teaching basic skills like browsing the internet or sending and receiving emails.  I can also help with more advanced skills like upgrades, setting up new devices, troubleshooting and problem solving, ensuring safety online and LOTS MORE!

I believe I have certain qualities which hugely benefit the support services I offer. These include patience, empathy, compassion and good active listening skills.
