'Help Me Sort It'  offers tailored assistance to older adults, individuals with health challenges, or those facing difficulties navigating digital technology.

Using a computer, mobile device, smart TV or other tech device can be extremely difficult and daunting for some.  It can be especially difficult when something goes wrong.

The support I offer provides tailored assistance using one-on-one coaching.  I can help by teaching basic skills like browsing the internet or sending and receiving emails.  I can also help with more advanced skills like upgrades, setting up new devices, troubleshooting and problem solving, ensuring safety online and LOTS MORE!

I believe I have certain qualities which enhance the support services I offer.  These include patience, empathy, compassion and good communication.  Patience helps in handling any issues by remaining calm, while empathy and compassion help me fully understand and genuinely care.  Clear communication helps me ensure problems are understood and resolved efficiently.  Having a respectful attitude ensures dignity, by helping to maintain independence and self-worth.  Additionally, by being responsible, reliable, attentive, and adaptable, I am further able to enhance the quality of support I am able to provide.
