Person-Centred Support

I provide warm, friendly, person-centred support to those who may be finding things a bit difficult with daily living. Support is offered to people who feel they might benefit with a little bit of extra help. My approach is all about kindness, understanding, and supporting YOU! in a way that feels comfortable and right.

Support can include help with everyday tasks at home, getting out and about in the community, developing independence, emotional support, companionship or simply having someone there when you need it. Everything I do is guided by your preferences and what’s important to you.

I have a keen interest in technology, so particularly useful with things like using a mobile phone, tablet, or computer, managing emails, online appointments, video calls, or accessing online services safely and confidently. There’s no such thing as a silly question - I’m here to help 1-on-1 in a way that feels relaxed and reassuring.

Reaching out for support can feel difficult, that’s why I aim to create a relaxed, supportive environment where you feel safe, listened to, and respected at all times. There’s no pressure and no judgement - just help and support shaped around your needs.

My goal is to help you feel more confident, supported, and at ease in your own home, while maintaining your independence, dignity, and choice.

I offer a personal, one-to-one service where building trust and positive relationships really matters. I take the time to get to know each person properly, making sure support feels comfortable, respectful, and right.
